Urgent commercial clean to industrial unit

Rainbow International Leicester complete urgent commercial clean to industrial unit.

Rainbow International Leicester were approached by a letting agents based in Lincolnshire wanting a urgent, professional commercial clean to an empty industrial unit tenants had recently vacated.

The industrial unit was previously home to an oiled filled radiator manufacturer for over 25 years. Due to the nature of the work being carried out within the unit, the interior was covered in heavy grease and oil.

In order for the industrial unit to be in a condition to market to potential new tenants, the unit needed high level cleaning to the ceiling panels (see image), cleaning to breeze block walls, concrete floor, interior doors and roller shutter doors. As you can see from the image, the ceiling was cleaned to a standard in which the agents did not require any redecoration.

The commercial clean was completed within a few days and the letting agents were able to market the industrial unit completely satisfied with the works completed.
